1. Contract for supply of products and services

By placing an order or paying a deposit through our website, by phone or directly with us, you are entering into a contract with Mass Vehicle Security Ltd. This contract begins when we confirm your order by email or receive your deposit – whichever comes first.

We reserve the right to decline or cancel any order before confirmation, without notice.

2. Installation

After your order is confirmed, our team will contact you within 24 working hours to arrange an installation slot. We aim to install within 5 working days, depending on availability.

  • Installations are available Monday to Friday (AM or PM).
  • Where possible, our installer will call you 30 minutes before arrival.

Installation location requirements:

You must ensure your vehicle is in a safe, accessible location. Acceptable areas include:

  • Driveways
  • Residential streets
  • Private car parks

We do not carry out installations in:

  • Multi-storey car parks
  • Pay-to-enter car parks
  • Locations where the vehicle is unroadworthy or undergoing repairs

3. Delivery

In most cases, our engineer will bring the product to your installation. If demand requires, we may ship the product to your chosen address ahead of the appointment. You’ll be informed in advance if this applies.

4. Cancellations & amendments

Cancellation fees:

  • £25.00 – before installation is booked (admin fee)
  • £60.00 – more than 24 working hours before installation
  • £85.00 – within 24 working hours of scheduled installation

Amendments to bookings:

  • £15.00 – change of time, date, or location

Refunds are issued to the original payment method, minus applicable charges. See our Refund Policy for further information.

5. Missed appointments

If our engineer arrives but can’t complete the installation due to no access, no one being present or the vehicle not being at the agreed location, a £100.00 call-out fee will apply.

6. Service calls

If a service visit is booked and the issue is due to user error, third-party work (e.g. windscreen replacement, electrical mods) or external damage, a minimum £75.00 + VAT call-out fee will be charged.

A diagnostic report with images can be provided on request for an additional £45.00 + VAT.

All service call charges must be paid on receipt. You may be able to claim these back from the third party responsible.

7. After installation

If you’re unhappy with the installation or experience an issue, contact us within 24 hours by emailing info@massvehiclesecurity.co.uk. We’ll do our best to resolve it promptly.

8. VAT invoices

All prices include VAT unless stated otherwise. A VAT invoice will be provided with every payment.
